What You’ll Do:

Provide inpatient care coverage at a busy hospital in Everett
Participate in on-call nighttime shifts to support patient care continuity
Collaborate with the healthcare team to manage urgent and ongoing cases
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient encounters
Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff

What You Need:

Required:

Active medical license in Washington
Valid certifications as applicable (e.g., ACLS, BLS)
Ability to work both inpatient shifts and night call rotations
Preferred:
Prior inpatient and call experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
