- Shift: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, 4 days/week (Monday–Wednesday operating, Friday clinic/admin, Thursday off)
- Hours/week: 40 hours minimum (overtime after 40 hours)
- Employment Type: Full-time locum
- License/Certs: Active WA license or IMLC, DEA, BC in Gynecology
- Experience: Gynecologic surgery, first assisting, robotic surgery (Da Vinci), pelvic exams
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hr (rate to be filled out upon bid)

- Provide first assisting support during gynecologic and gynecologic oncology surgeries, including robotic procedures
- Perform pelvic exams and assist in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and procedure efficiency
- Work 4 ten-hour shifts per week with a mix of operating and clinic days
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient interactions
- Transition from Everett to Swedish First Hill facility later in the assignment
Required:
- Active WA license or IMLC, DEA, BC in Gynecology
- Experience with gynecologic surgeries, robotic systems (Da Vinci)
- First assisting experience in GYN procedures
- Ability to perform pelvic exams proficiently
- RNFA certification for Physician Assistant providers or advanced surgical experience
- Experience with GYN oncology procedures
This assignment involves providing gynecology first assist services in both inpatient and outpatient settings within a prominent healthcare facility in Everett, WA.
