Join A Progressive, Team-Based Primary Care Practice
Join a progressive, team-based primary care practice in Everett, WA, where physicians have the time and resources to deliver thoughtful, relationship-based care. See 10–15 patients per day with appointments ranging from 20–60 minutes, allowing you to truly listen, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Position Highlights- $243,074–$364,611 base salary — top quartile for Family Medicine nationally
- 3 days per week, part-time schedule
- 2 weeks paid CME leave + $2,500 annual CME stipend

- MD or DO degree
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency;
Family Medicine preferred - Board Certified through ABFM, ABIM, or AOA
- 3+ years of primary care experience
- Current, unrestricted Washington medical license and valid DEA registration
- Experience with team-based care and EMR proficiency; athenahealth preferred
- Medicare Advantage and HCC coding experience a plus
- Negative TB test documentation within 12 months of start date
