About the Opportunity.We are establishing a 2026–2027 Instructional Talent Pool to connect with mission-driven educators interested in opportunities across our campuses. This pool enables us to engage qualified candidates as positions become available.
Educators in our talent pool may be considered for instructional roles, including full-time, part-time, or temporary positions, that align with their experience, interests, and certifications across all grade levels and subjects.
Anticipated roles include:Early Childhood (PK3–PK4), Elementary (K–5), Middle School (6–8), Special Education, Instructional Assistants or Paraprofessionals, Content Specialists (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies), Interventionists, Support Staff, and other related or enrichment positions as needed.
- Content Specialists (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies)
- Interventionists and Support Staff
- Related service or enrichment roles (as applicable)
Openings will vary based on campus and student needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary by position, but typically include: standards-aligned instruction.
- Create inclusive and culturally responsive classrooms.
- Use data to inform instruction and support student growth.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with grade-level and content teams.
- Support students’ academic, social-emotional, and behavioral development.
- Participate in professional development and school community activities.
Requirements and preferences vary by role:
- A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred for some positions.
- Valid teaching certification or eligibility, depending on the position.
- Experience working with diverse learners and communities.
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Early access to upcoming instructional opportunities.
- Placement across multiple campuses based on fit and interest.
- Mission-driven school community focused on student success.
- Ongoing professional learning and growth opportunities.
