Position Overview
Dual Language Teacher (Elementary and Secondary) for the 2026‑27 school year. Position is up to 1.0 FTE, contract type:
Certificated Teacher, EEA Contract.
All K‑12 districts, educational service districts, and charter schools participate in the Washington State Health Care Authority’s SEBB Program for health care and other benefits. Additional benefits, including retirement information and collective bargaining agreements, are detailed on the Everett Public Schools website.
Salary2025‑26 School Year: $73,238–$148,257 per year, prorated based on FTE and contract length. Contractual start date: TBD 08/2026.
Required Qualifications- Washington State Teaching Certificate with the applicable endorsement.
- Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish.
- Must pass the ACTFL Language Proficiency Test in Spanish with an Advanced Low or higher score.
- Letter of Introduction (introducing yourself, including skills, knowledge, abilities, and special interests).
- Resume.
- Two confidential reference surveys returned (must include one from most recent supervisor). Forms will be automatically emailed to references upon submission.
- Transcripts (unofficial accepted).

Applications will be reviewed as vacancies become available and placed into an applicant pool for Dual Language Teachers for the 2026‑27 school year. Once a position has been confirmed, the Hiring Administrator may hire directly from this pool.
