Everett Community College is committed to closing opportunity and equity gaps in student outcomes and in ensuring that the experiences of all students are welcomed and valued on our campus and in our classrooms. This may involve work with co-requisite models, alternative instructional modalities, and curricular initiatives designed to improve student success, momentum, and completion with writing composition and rhetoric.

Through the College’s Guided Pathways Advising model, faculty serve as program advisors, working closely with students to support their academic, transfer, and career goals.
