Instructional Aide Substitute opportunities are now available to provide vital support for students in a dynamic school environment. • Support students with classroom learning, daily routines, and participation
• Deliver 1:1 or small group assistance under the guidance of teachers and school staff
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEPs as directed
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care as needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

• A high school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Ability to meet district requirements, including a TB test and background clearances (current or willing to obtain)

Preferred candidates bring experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings. Experience supporting children with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is highly valued. Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not required. Reliability, patience, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
