Connect with students and contribute to a positive school environment as an Instructional Aide Substitute. Flexible, per diem opportunities are available for compassionate individuals ready to provide essential academic and behavioral support across various school settings near Everett, WA.

Key Responsibilities- Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social needs in classroom settings.
- Assist one-on-one or in small groups as directed by teaching staff.
- Help students with classroom routines, transitions, and active participation.
- Implement behavior support plans and follow IEP goals as directed.
- Provide mobility, supervision, and personal care support as needed.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners.
- High school diploma or GED required; candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- TB test compliance as required by the district.
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting.
- Current background clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to working.
- Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care.
- Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
- CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is advantageous but not required.
- Applicants should be reliable, patient, and collaborative.
