• Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field
• Special Education Teaching license in Connecticut
• Experience with behavioral and non-verbal students
• Understanding of special education laws and regulations

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide specialized instruction and support
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies
• Plan and deliver curriculum for diverse learners
