Middle School Volleyball Coach

Crescent School is seeking persons interested in supporting the academic mission of the school, teamwork and sportsmanship.

The following factors will be considered in determining the most appropriate coach: character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience and efficiency of the applicant; quality of performance of previous services.

These after school programs will normally begin at 2:30 p.m. except when school facilities such as the gym are being shared between numbers of programs.

Preference will be given to on-site staff working with students during the school day.

• Ability to motivate student athletes and interact positively with persons of different age groups and cultural backgrounds
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, administrators and community members
• Head coaches must be 21 years of age
• Must currently hold First Aid and CPR certification
• Must complete WIAA required continuing education courses
• Must be willing to drive a school van, and take the required training
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
