The Educational Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Everett, WA. This role includes guiding prospective and current learners in selecting appropriate data science and AI programs, explaining course content, outcomes, and learning paths, and supporting them through enrollment and onboarding. The Educational Advisor will conduct one-on-one consultations, respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person, and maintain ongoing communication to monitor learner progress and satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with instructors and support staff to address learner needs, providing timely customer service, and offering feedback on common learner challenges to improve course offerings. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, participating in information sessions or events, and contributing to initiatives that enhance learner engagement and retention.

• Educational Consulting and Education skills to guide learners in choosing suitable programs and understanding curriculum pathways.
• Consulting and Customer Service skills to deliver personalized guidance, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a learner-first experience.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Familiarity with online learning environments, ideally within data science or AI, and comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and office software.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with diverse learners, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple advising cases efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in advising or educational services.
• Experience in academic advising, career counseling, or admissions in an online or technical education setting is preferred.
