School Occupational Therapist - Everett, Washington

Ideal candidates will possess a commitment to fostering student development and growth, combined with expertise in Occupational Therapy for the middle school population. Youll collaborate closely with other educators and allied professionals to help students achieve their fullest potential.

• Current and active ESA Certificate
• Valid Washington State Department of Health Occupational Therapy license
• Experience or strong interest in working within a school or educational setting
• Knowledge of best practices for school-based Occupational Therapy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Assess and address OT needs for middle school age students
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings
• Maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate OT into classroom strategies
• Flexibly adapt to the evolving caseload and student needs

• Contract runs from September 3, 2027 to January 3, 2027
• Part-time schedule: 21 hours/week, 3 days/week
• Work with a caseload of approximately 40 middle school students
• Pay starting at $45 per hour
