The opportunityOur DG Specialists work across multiple client sites to ensure compliance and safety in transporting dangerous goods. With growing demand, we’re on the lookout for a self‑motivated, eager‑to‑learn warehouse DG Specialist to join our team in the Everett area.
Working closely with Trident Safety USA DG colleagues and the Northwest Regional Manager, you’ll receive comprehensive training to become a trusted go‑to for our client. As the onsite expert, you’ll provide advice on national and international regulatory and logistical compliance, using your expertise in European and American regulations to help ensure materials are transported safely and efficiently by air, land, and sea.

Trident’s on‑site training program focuses on adult learning models and includes ongoing education to ensure our employees are fully capable of performing tasks and continuing to grow as Dangerous Goods Specialists.
The ideal candidate will have/be:- 2+ years of Military, Shipping, Warehouse, Regulatory Compliance, Fulfilment, DG Shipping, or similar experience
- Ability to travel to and work at client site in Everett, WA
- Outstanding team player with solid communication skills and a can‑do attitude
- Particularly comfortable with technology including MS Office
- IATA, IMDG, 49‑CFR qualifications (desired but not required)
- DGSA qualification (desired but not required)
We’re only considering candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance of Everett, WA for this role.
Job TypeTemp‑to‑perm, shift work. Weekday hours are 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and weekend hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The standard schedule is 3 days on and 3 days off, planned one month in advance.
Pay$30.00 per hour for the 3‑month training and probationary period, full time competitive salary plus benefits beyond the initial period, if hired.
