Location: Everett, WA (3003 West Casino Road)
Pay Rate: $30/hour
Schedule: ~32 hours/week (varies based on client demand)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Production Certification Assessor to support the evaluation of industrial skills training within the aerospace sector. This role is part of the Instructor Resource Management team and involves both hands-on and theoretical assessment of technical competencies.

• Administer and evaluate complex aerospace training assessments (hands-on and classroom-based)
• Assess technical competencies across multiple skill areas simultaneously
• Accurately track and record grades and attendance (100% accuracy required)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in an industrial environment
• Communicate updates, issues, and questions to management in a timely manner
• Stay current on aerospace standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
• Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service to clients

• Electrical systems
• Bonding & grounding
• Sealant application
• Aircraft assembly
• Structural drilling (heavy & light)
• Fastener and rivet installation
• Production standards
• Hand and power tool usage

• 1–3 years of experience in training, leadership, or management preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
• Ability to commute within the Everett to Puyallup area

• Mileage reimbursement provided for qualifying travel beyond primary work location
• Reimbursement submitted via expense reporting system
• Overtime may be required based on workload
