ERT Assessor

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $32.00/hour

Location:

Everett, WA or Renton, WA (based on client needs)

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday | Flexible, split-shift schedule

Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension

Overview

The ERT Assessor is part of the Instructor Resource Management team and is responsible for administering and evaluating aerospace industry training and certification courseware. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple clients while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and evaluate both hands-on and theoretical aerospace training assessments.
  • Support multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace within an industrial setting.
  • Communicate updates, issues, and questions to management promptly.
  • Stay current on aerospace standards, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Accurately enter attendance and grades with 100% accuracy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while working independently.

Qualifications Required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software.
Preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in training, leadership, or management.
  • Aerospace manufacturing or technical training experience.
