Job Description We are seeking an Aerospace Production Certification Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in aerospace technical instruction and a proven ability to deliver hands-on training that equips learners to perform aircraft production and maintenance tasks safely and correctly. Responsibilities:
Deliver instructor-led courses across electrical, mechanical, sealing, and EHS topics for aerospace production personnel. Teach and demonstrate practical skills, including aircraft electrical installations, functional test troubleshooting, crimping, soldering, bonding and grounding, heavy structure drilling, sealant application, and safety procedures. Assess learner proficiency through skills checks, observations, and knowledge evaluations, and provide constructive feedback. Maintain course materials, adhere to production standards and blueprints, and ensure compliance with EHS requirements, including Confined Space, Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO), DOT, and Fall Protection.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Strong technical background with the ability to instruct hands-on aerospace production courses. Proficiency in one or more areas: aircraft electrical installations and assembly, functional test troubleshooting, electrical crimping and soldering, bonding and grounding, aircraft assembly and heavy structure drilling, blueprint and production standards interpretation, aircraft systems familiarization and troubleshooting, aircraft sealant preparation and application, and EHS training topics. Effective classroom facilitation, communication, and evaluation skills.

Ability to stand and instruct for a full day. Preferred

Skills:

Prior aerospace production or maintenance training experience. Military aviation maintenance or training background. Additional Details:

Schedule:

30-40 hours per week. Temps expected at approximately 32 hours per week. Culture:

Mileage reimbursement for qualifying commutes beyond home to closest work location. Expense submission in Fieldglass is required; secondary approval is mandatory. Compensation:
Candidate pay not to exceed $32.00/hour. Max bill rate $43.20/hour. Markup 35%. Screening:
Background check (First Advantage Basic Package) and 8-panel drug screen required. Status:
