Lead our Carpet, Air Duct, and Power Washing field teams for a company that's served the Puget Sound since 1969. Reports directly to the owner. Industry experience is not required - we hire proven leaders and teach the trade, including paid IICRC and NADCA certification.

Lead the People Who Deliver Our Service

Alpine Specialty Services is a family-owned specialty cleaning company that has served the Puget Sound since 1969. We're hiring a Field Services Manager to lead our Carpet, Air Duct, and Power Washing teams in Washington.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to manage people, improve performance, maintain high standards, and hold a team accountable
. Every technician within these service divisions reports to you, and you'll report directly to the owner.

You don't need a background in carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, or power washing. We'd rather hire someone with proven leadership ability and teach them our services. We'll provide the training and pay for the certifications you need to understand the work you're leading.

Spend Your Time Leading, Not Building Reports

We want our Field Services Manager in the field with technicians, not behind a desk creating spreadsheets.

Key performance information - including technician production, upsell rates, callbacks, redos, quality scores, driver-safety events, and program compliance - is automatically tracked and delivered to you.

Your responsibility is to understand what those numbers are telling you and coach, develop, recognize, or hold people accountable accordingly
.

What You'll Own
Technician Leadership and Performance
  • Directly manage technicians across Carpet, Air Duct, and Power Washing
  • Hold monthly one-on-one performance meetings with each technician
  • Coach employees on production, revenue per hour, upsell performance, quality, and redo rates
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
  • Recognize technicians who are ready for advancement
  • Address performance concerns before they become larger issues
  • Support technician development and retention
  • Handle performance management and difficult employee conversations when necessary
Field Quality and Customer Experience
  • Spend the majority of your time in the field observing actual service work
  • Establish and maintain quality standards across all three divisions
  • Monitor callbacks and redos and address trends when they arise
  • Coach technicians on workmanship and customer interaction
  • Handle escalated customer concerns from start to finish
  • Ensure customers consistently receive the level of service Alpine expects
Revenue and Field Performance
  • Drive revenue growth across Carpet, Air Duct, and Power Washing
  • Monitor technician sales performance and average ticket growth
  • Partner with the field sales trainer to strengthen technician sales abilities
  • Ensure technicians follow Alpine's customer programs and field processes
  • Spot-check technician documentation, photos, and required job evidence
  • Use performance information to identify coaching and development opportunities
Training and Field Standards
  • Plan and lead the 7:00 AM Monday through Thursday team huddle
  • Oversee onboarding and ride-along training for new technicians
  • Determine when new technicians are ready to work independently
  • Maintain proper Service Titan usage and field execution standards
  • Oversee truck and equipment assignments
  • Ensure vehicle inspections are completed
  • Follow up on driver-safety alerts promptly
  • Make sure the following week's schedule is prepared and adjusted before the week begins
Learn the Services You Lead

Within your first 90 days, you'll learn each Alpine service well enough to perform or explain it at a high level.

You’ll develop an understanding of the equipment, processes, pricing, and customer value behind our services so you can effectively coach the technicians performing the work.

Alpine provides and pays for this training, including applicable IICRC and NADCA certifications.
