Design and Analysis Engineer 4

- Develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements.
- Design hardware, software, and interface specifications.
- Test and validate systems to ensure they meet operational and functional requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance for system integration and compliance.
- Solve issues related to fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle.
- Research and recommend technology advancements for business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- Experience in electrical design/systems engineering, focusing on electronic and electrical systems.
- Experience in validation and verification processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in avionics design is a plus.
- Familiarity with Flight Management Systems and related fields is advantageous.
- 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
- 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Pilot’s license or experience working in the flight deck is beneficial.
