Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) organization is looking for an Experienced Facilities Planner to join the Everett Planning team in Everett, WA. This position is expected to be 100% onsite at the listed location.

This position combines strategic planning, program management, and operational execution, making it ideal for professionals with backgrounds in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or project management who wish to impact large-scale infrastructure and production strategies. As a vital team member, you will oversee long‑range space planning and project integration, aligning site strategy with business objectives. You will collaborate with senior leaders in Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, and Construction to shape the future of the Everett site footprint.

  • Build data‑driven proposals and executive‑ready presentations to influence decision‑making at the site and enterprise levels
  • Partner across functions (Engineering, Facilities, Construction, Finance, Operations) to identify risks, model options, and develop cost‑effective solutions
  • Establish project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on‑time execution of planning commitments
  • Champion process improvement and help evolve GREF’s strategic planning framework, bringing innovation and consistency to the team’s approach
  • Mentor peers and junior planners to build planning and project management capability across the team
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross‑functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Experience managing multiple high‑volume, complex, concurrent projects
  • Experience in developing cost estimates for multiple projects
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
  • Strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • 5+ years related work experience
  • Experience developing Long Range Business Plans (LRBP) and translating business growth strategies into facility plans
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, manufacturing operations, capacity modeling, and factory flow optimization
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives, stakeholder workshops, and business case development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven success presenting to senior leadership and driving decisions
  • Familiarity with construction estimating tools, capital approval process, and large scale funding cycles
