Shift Timings: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Description:

• Commercial Airplanes Flight Deck Design is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Flight Deck Design Engineer to support next-generation cockpit systems.
• The selected candidate will work in a multidisciplinary team environment to design, integrate, test, certify, and support flight deck systems across the aircraft lifecycle.
• This role involves collaboration with manufacturing, flight crew operations, safety teams, supply chain, systems software, airline customers, regulatory agencies, and suppliers to deliver high-quality and compliant flight deck solutions.

• Develop and document component and system designs
• Translate requirements into system architecture and hardware/software designs
• Create Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and Specification Control Documents (SCDs)
• Perform Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and System Safety Analysis (SSA)
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Support factory and flight line emergent issues
• Apply Model-Based Engineering tools
• Coordinate cross-functional technical efforts
• Monitor supplier performance and system integration compliance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Required)
• 2+ years of related engineering experience
• Experience in systems design, integration, or mechanical systems

• Mechanical, Aero or Electrical Engineering Degree.
