We are looking for an electrical engineer to join our growing team! Our projects include designing, building, and deploying clean-sheet automation and manufacturing solutions for cutting-edge technologies of the future such as electric aircraft, commercial spacecraft, batteries, and clean energy. The projects we take on are challenging but also rewarding and often involve solving problems in ways that have never been done before.
As an electrical engineer at Perellion, you’d be working across multiple projects with support from a senior electrical engineer. As part of a team including mechanical and controls engineers, you would play a direct role in bringing projects from concept to full scale production. Your responsibilities would include extensive hands‑on work in addition to more traditional desk‑based engineering work.
We support our early‑career engineers with training and mentoring.
Requirements:- Enjoyable person to be around. Our team is made up of great people with generally positive attitudes, we like to work with each other, and we’d like to keep it that way.
- Strong communication skills. This is as important as engineering capabilities.
- Willing to get your hands dirty helping debug and troubleshoot electromechanical systems.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- Electrical design experience in automation or control systems.
- Experienced in control panel layout.
- Experienced in Eplan.
- Knowledge of NFPA 79, UL508A, IEC Standards.
- Experience with hands‑on electrical work.
- Direct experience in manufacturing automation.
All engineering positions at Perellion are full‑time in‑person/in‑the‑office.

Sick leave complies with WA state rules. 401(k) matching of up to 4% is offered. Paid vacation is 10 days/year for candidates with under 1 year of relevant professional experience and 15 days/year otherwise.
Our calendar typically includes 10 paid holiday days per year.
