Digital Engineering Manager (K Level) based in Everett, Washington. Supports the BCA Digital Engineering organization by managing the integration, development, and execution of technical roadmaps and multi‑million‑dollar digital investments across BCA engineering functions, in alignment with enterprise digital engineering strategy.

• Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Engineering Product Lifecycle.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes; manages, develops and motivates employees.

100% onsite at Everett, WA; occasional travel to Renton, WA may be required.

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science or computer science.
• 3+ years of experience working with internal or external stakeholders (e.g., business partners, airline customers, finance, external suppliers).
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large‑scale cross‑functional project or program manager, or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”).
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering or MBA.
• 5+ years of experience working on commercial airplane programs or providing technical support to airplane owners/operators; 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: change management, change classification, certification, engineering release, technical/product integration.
• Experience on a Program Engineering Operations team.
• Experience applying architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, UAF or SysML to enterprise‑scale process and data design across the PLM/ERP/MES boundary.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams in the adoption and integration of engineering software platforms or simulation tools.
• Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values and Behaviors.
• Demonstrated ability in team building, coaching, and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement.
• Proven ability to manage and empower teams in ambiguous environments.

Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay range: $137,000 – $185,000.
