Everett, WA (onsite) – may support operations in Everett, Seattle, Auburn, Renton (WA) and Portland (OR)
Duration: ~9 months (41 weeks)

We are seeking experienced Product Review Engineers (Liaison Engineers) to support manufacturing operations across multiple Pacific Northwest production sites. This role acts as the engineering representative on the factory floor, partnering closely with production teams to resolve technical issues, support manufacturing processes, and ensure designs are effectively implemented during aircraft production.
The ideal candidate is a proactive engineer capable of making timely engineering decisions and working hands-on within a production environment to resolve manufacturing challenges.
This position is 100% onsite and may require work across multiple regional facilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze production non-conformances and develop engineering dispositions
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve manufacturing and process issues
Apply engineering principles to evaluate technical, operational, and quality concerns
Identify and communicate design deviations that may impact safety or design intent
Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and participate in engineering design reviews
Represent engineering during production builds and post-production activities
Implement product and process improvements
Ensure supplier and build partner compliance with engineering standards
Participate in repair investigations and on-site support teams when needed
Analyze structural modifications and damage repair requirements
Develop or support non-destructive testing procedures and engineering standards
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited program
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Structures engineering
Systems engineering
Design engineering
Production/manufacturing engineering
Experience supporting Material Review Board (MRB) activities related to aircraft systems or structures
Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes or materials engineering
Prior MRB certification or experience in aerospace production environments
This role involves working directly in a manufacturing/factory environment, which may include:
Exposure to production equipment and industrial environments
Walking production floors and entering aircraft during various build stages
Navigating stairs, elevated areas, and high-noise production environments
Training:
Participation in a structured training rotation program (approximately 9 months)Shift: May include first, second, or third shift assignments depending on operational needs
Travel:
Limited travel between Pacific Northwest production facilities may occurWork Authorization:
