Metrologist – Fluke Everett Service Center
Job OverviewFluke Corporation is seeking a Metrologist to support operations at the Fluke Everett Service Center. The role is part of a team of metrologists and engineers, supporting accredited calibrations of Fluke products. Day‑to‑day activities include reviewing calibration results, providing technical support to internal and external customers, and leading metrology activities in the laboratory.
Responsibilities- Develop calibration methods and techniques for Fluke Calibration products.
- Create uncertainty analysis in support of accredited calibrations.
- Perform control charting, statistical process controls, and design and development of automated test and measurement systems.
- Drive continuous improvement of calibration processes and maintenance of systems.
- Apply knowledge to develop metrology quality system policies and procedures.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Physics preferred, or equivalent work experience with PMEL training.
- Experience with MET/CAL, C#, VB, Java, and/or Python for data analysis and process control.
- Minimum of three years of work experience in metrology supporting ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibrations.
- Excellent customer service, strong interpersonal, teamwork, flexibility, and critical thinking skills.
- Problem‑solving, customer‑driven mindset, and ability to deliver results.
- Time‑management skills, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently and within a team.
Bonus or equity is eligible as part of the total compensation package.
Pay range (local currency): 65,090 – 108,675.
