Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring Mid-Level and Senior Manufacturing Engineers to support our production teams in Everett, WA. Successful candidates will have the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate with both the engineering teams and mechanics on the factory floor.

* Primary Responsibilities:
*
* + Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
+ Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
+ Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build.
+ Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
+ Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
+ Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
+ Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
+ Resolves technical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule.
+ Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
+ Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
+ Implements lean principles and technologies.
This position is a Production Engineering role and requires direct interfacing with the people, parts, and equipment on the production floor. A typical day could include:
+ Spending up to 8 hours on feet standing/walking on the production floor
+ Climbing ladders or stairs to access equipment or airplane sections
+ Working at heights or in tight spaces
+ Wearing required PPE
** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):*
* + Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
+ Experience working in an engineering discipline.
+ Experience working in a production environment.
+ 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Mid-Level)
** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):*
* + 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Senior Level)
