In the role of Right of Way Section Lead, we'll count on you to:

* Assist in the responsibility for operations of production section including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support

* May function as an Assistant Project Manager and assist in responsibility for production on projects in addition to management responsibilities

* Assist with administrative responsibility for section staff and technical service functions, and lead and coordinate services with other sections

* Be involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviews

* Be directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production and related issues

* Assist in ensuring that all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management system

* Implement, monitor and support company policy

* Assist in the selection, training, development and management of technical personnel

* Work cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production efforts

* Identify project needs and collaborate on recruitment strategies to strengthen Right of Way staffing capacity.

* Equip staff with the tools, training, and mentorship necessary to support their growth and performance.

* Collaborate with operations leadership to forecast workload, align staffing plans, and optimize team utilization.

* Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to ensure accountability and continuous development.

* Coordinate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure pursuit strategies align with delivery capabilities and client expectations.

* Serve as a subject matter expert on acquisition, appraisal, relocation, property management, and Right of Way regulations.

* Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* 10 years of experience with right of way services including acquisition, appraisal, property management and relocation.

* Real Estate license or Broker license (or ability to obtain within 3 months if required).

* Familiarity with public project ROW rules and regulations related to acquisition.

* Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
