** Job description*
* Northwest Aerospace Technologies ("NAT"), a Safran Company, is the only EASA DOA Certified aircraft interior reconfiguration group in the United States. Focusing on commercial and military aircrafts, NAT provides first class services in design, engineering, quality, certification, and manufacturing for a variety of Blue-Chip customers.

In the role of Project Engineer you'll play a pivotal part on our Engineering team. You will provide Engineering leadership to a team representing multiple skill areas, which may include internal and external resources and customers. Develop engineering project plans to accomplish customer requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Develop and obtain approval for Statements of Work (SOW) supporting research, development, and new business

* Manage SOW changes, assess impacts, and negotiate adjustments to scope, deliverables, resources, cost, and schedule

* Lead project execution to fulfill SOW requirements

* Define and track program performance metrics

* Plan and coordinate resources throughout the project lifecycle

* Lead and supervise a team of up to 20 engineers (planning, organizing, coaching, mentoring, training)

* Manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively

* Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve program issues

* Communicate clearly with engineering teams, management, customers, and vendors

* Develop engineering plans, staffing plans, schedules, and manage critical path items to meet budget and timeline goals

* Provide regular project status updates to upper management

* Serve as the primary engineering focal point for assigned programs

* Review and approve designs, changes, specifications, and drawing releases

* Maintain regular attendance and fulfill additional assigned duties

Knowledge/

Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.S.) or equivalent

* Minimum 7 years of industry experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Must qualify as a
** U.S. Person** (U.S. Citizen, eligible Permanent Resident, or political asylee) to support ITAR-regulated programs
