Land surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Washington DC.

• Conduct surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations and levels.
• Identify property boundaries and prepare accurate measurements.
• Prepare maps, reports and legal descriptions based on survey data.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
• Ensure all surveying work follows local laws, regulations and standards.
• Oversee field crew members and provide guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate layout of construction projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor.
• Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations and levels.
• Strong knowledge of local laws, regulations and standards related to land surveying.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to work full-time in Washington DC.
• Egyptian nationality preferred but not required.

Salary: $1300 per month.
