Position type:
Full-time (Contract). Duration: 6 months with possible extension.

Location:

Everett, WA – Onsite.

• Support the entire product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, systems design, lab design/specification, integration testing, flight test, technical sub‑contractor management, field support, and customer interactions.
• Develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Design hardware, software, and interface specifications.
• Validate tests to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements.
• Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements.
• Resolve problems concerning fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle.
• Research specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.

• Bachelor's or any advanced degree in STEM (Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry).
• 3+ years' experience with hardware or electrical/electronic systems design in Aerospace/Defense.
• Working knowledge in subsystem design, requirement analysis/allocation.
• Practical experience with lab equipment for hardware development, troubleshooting, and data capture.

• Experience with LRU development, test, and qualification.
• Military aircraft program experience.
• MIL-STD-1553B, ARINC-429, and Ethernet architecture knowledge.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong leadership, team building, and mentoring skills.

Pay Range: $65/hr to $75/hr.
