• Analyze and disposition production non-conformances
  .

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical, operational, and quality issues.

• Support product/process improvements and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and design reviews.

• Support damage repair, structural modifications, jacking/shoring analysis, and static strength analysis
  .

• Develop non-destructive testing procedures, tools, and standards
  .

• Ensure supplier and production compliance with engineering and manufacturing standards
  .

• Support repair investigations, safety assessments, and post-production engineering activities
  .

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  .

• 14+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering
  .

• Current or prior BCA MRB certification within the last 2 years
  .

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Hands-on experience with materials and manufacturing processes
  .

• Prior experience supporting MRB, production, or factory engineering environments
  .
