Calibration Technician- 2nd shift

Akkodis is seeking a Calibration Technician- 2nd shift for a Contract to hire with a client in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will calibrate, troubleshoot, and repairs electronic instruments and measurement systems to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Note: 2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 11pm

Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Calibration Technician- 2nd shift Job Responsibilities include:

• Perform calibration of instruments and systems using primary standards and measurement and test equipment (M&TE).
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic test equipment to the component level in a service or metrology environment.
• Prepare, maintain, and update calibration and service documentation in accordance with procedures and standards.
• Analyze calibration data and communicate trends or issues to appropriate teams to support customer satisfaction.
• Escalate unusual or complex technical issues to engineering or technical support as needed.
• Maintain calibration standards, tools, and a safe, organized work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in calibration, metrology, or electronic equipment servicing.
• Strong understanding of basic metrology concepts (ISO/IEC 17025) with hands-on experience calibrating electronic test equipment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot electronic instruments to the component level, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate technical findings effectively.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
