Location:

PAE, th St SW, Everett, Washington, United States of America.

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $5,000 (subject to eligibility).

Relocation Assistance: Available.

Service, repair, and overhaul aircraft to ensure airworthiness. Works under minimal supervision.

• Has intermediate knowledge of all areas of the aircraft and assigned work area.
• Repair, modify, replace, or otherwise perform routine aircraft maintenance work in specialized areas of aircraft.
• Develop repair schemes utilizing SRM or engineering data.
• Conduct operational tests.
• Communicate effectively with other maintenance personnel at all levels.
• Complete job assignments in a timely manner.
• Read and interpret manufacturer and airline maintenance manuals, service bulletins, drawings, and other specifications.
• Responsible for accurately clocking to jobs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Remove and install flight control surfaces and components.
• Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures.
• Utilize OEM and engineering drawings to modify structures and flight controls.
• Perform weight and balance calculations of flight control surfaces.
• Perform rigging and operational test of all flight control surfaces including autopilot.
• Troubleshoot flight control systems.
• Commercial aviation or equivalent military aviation maintenance experience.
• A&P License preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of related commercial/military aircraft maintenance experience.
• Airframe or Airframe and Powerplant License preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit; use their hands and arms; talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee will also be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Ability to handle and climb ladders and aircraft stairs.

The base pay range for this position is $23.50 – $37.00 hourly/DOE, not including bonuses or benefits. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
