ACL Digital is hiring an Aerospace Development Specialist (Maintenance Trainer) for a contract with direct client in Everett WA and Renton WA
Job Title

- Everett WA and Renton WA
Duration - 12 months (possibility of extension)
We are looking for an experienced Aerospace professional with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician and prior experience in training and mentoring employees.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver training on aircraft maintenance, systems, and troubleshooting
- Train and mentor new hires and junior technicians
- Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions
- Assess trainee performance and improve learning outcomes
- Ensure all training follows safety and regulatory standards
- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace / Aircraft Maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting experience in aircraft systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, or Avionics)
- Prior experience in training employees / conducting training sessions is mandatory
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician
- Knowledge of aerospace safety and compliance standards
