Job Description:
As the Airframe Mechanic for Roll‑Royce, you will work at our Everett, WA Operation performing a variety of tasks related to the delivery of Rolls‑Royce power plants and associated systems for Boeing aircraft.

- Removing and installing Line Replacement Units (LRU’s) and engine components as well as repair work
- Incorporate modifications and inspecting / evaluating engine components
- Providing assistance to troubleshoot and resolve engine and aircraft system malfunctions
- Collecting and reporting engine‑related information
- Must be willing to work on any shift (days, afternoons and nights) or rotate as necessary in any shift pattern
- Required to be available for Service Support on a 24‑hour basis, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, hold and carry up to 50 pounds unaided

On‑site every day – Looking for 1st & 2nd shift (2:30PM – 10:30PM ish) – Flexible depending on the person, ideally looking for 1 of each right now - Target
Start Date:
ASAP - Assignment Length (conversion?):
Through end of January but potential extension; conversion not likely but can change - OT restrictions/authorization: OT is possible/expected w/ prior approval – includes on‑call for nights/weekends
- Lots of movement between sites – Customer decided to start taking deliveries out of WA instead of SC and they’ve had to increase their support in Everett
- High‑demand customer
- A&P License required – this should cover hands‑on experience needed
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aircraft mechanics – the more experience the better
- Basic computer skills
- Engine experience is a plus (normally a hard requirement for FTE)
- High School Diploma with 2+ years’ experience in aircraft engine mechanics
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen
- A&P license
- Maintenance experience on large Rolls‑Royce Engines
- Experience in manufacturing or aviation industry
