Industrial Engineering Manager (First-Line)
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a First‑Line Industrial Engineering Manager (Level K) to support the 777/777X Industrial Engineering (IE) team based in Everett, WA. As an Industrial Engineering First‑Line Manager, you will work closely with Operations leaders and other stakeholders as we increase production rates and improve productivity.
Position Responsibilities- Manages employees performing industrial engineering activities associated with technical development, implementation, analysis and improvement activities throughout the business units.
- Develops and implements plans, policies and procedures in alignment with business plans, strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Acquires and coordinates resources for projects and processes and provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options:
Everett, WA.

Basic Qualification (Required Skills and Experience)- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations/Industrial Engineering.
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large‑scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership".
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience establishing partnerships and relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports and conveying organizational messages to facilitate the accomplishment of work group, project or process goals.
- Experience in identifying opportunities to improve work‑related products and processes within own work group, project or process and engaging and empowering employees to make process improvements.
