Must have:
- Platform Software/Hardware integration
- Develop complex electronic /electrical system requirements.
- Design HW/SW interface specifications
- Test & Validate system design
- Cabin Network system /electrical system/Aeroplane Systems/interconnect system
Position Responsibilities:
This position will specifically involve working with Cabin Systems, which encompasses interior lighting, passenger address systems, seatback video, passenger connectivity, satellite connections, in-flight entertainment, and more. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineers.
Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
Designs hardware, software and interface specifications
Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
Assists in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements
Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology)
Experience working in an electrical design engineering environment (with emphasis on electronic and electrical systems design and analysis).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Flight Management Systems
Pilot’s license and/or experience working in the flight deck
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
