As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities- Design and develop plans, specifications, and estimates for civil engineering projects such as water and wastewater systems, roadways, and underground utilities.
- Use Auto Desk Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil to create 3D models, drawings, and other design documents.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction complies with design specifications, codes, and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to identify project requirements, goals, and constraints.
- Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documentation related to civil engineering projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of engineering standards, policies, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Civil EIT certification required.
- 2+ years of experience in civil engineering design and construction.
- Proficient in Auto Desk Civil 3D, AutoCAD Civil, and other relevant software.
- Experience with water and wastewater systems, roadway design, and underground utilities.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
