The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Electromagnetic Effects (EME organization) has an exciting opportunity for a  
** Certification Specialist
** to join our team in  
** Everett, WA** .

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including  
** Senior (Level
4)
** or  
** Lead (Level
5) Certification Specialists** .

* Primary responsibilities:

*
* + Analyzes data gathered from identified sources, identifies discrepancies and works with responsible organizations to resolve.

+ Manages the change process. Integrates and coordinates design and configuration data required for certifications and/or flight clearance notices.

+ Collects, organizes, synthesizes and analyzes data to support and guide business decisions. Summarizes findings.

+ Performs configuration verification audits.

+ Supports generation of product configuration data required for certifications and flight clearance notices.

+ Supports the development of certification plans and deliverables for approval by regulatory representatives

+ Collaborates with cert specialist across multiple functions to support cert activity.

+  Supports the daily development of data packages, metrics, and deliverables in support of certify and delivering commercial aircraft.

** This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.*
* ** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):*
* + Associate's degree or higher

+ Level 4: 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for global audiences

+ Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment

+ Experience do you have working with Project management skills, and ability to drive performance to plan and results

** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):*
* + Level 5: 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Experience working with 14 CFR Part 25 regulations

+ General understanding of Customer & Supplier Data Transmittal (CSDT), Engineering Tracking & Control (ETAC), Design Change Classification System (DCCS), and other tools

+ Familiarity with drawing/data systems and configuration management principles and processes

4): $114,750 - $155,250

+ Lead (Level
5): $145,350 - $196,650
