IntroductionThis role involves leading and providing technical quality review of the development and documentation of mechanical and fluid systems and thermal environments to establish system design. The position demands a high level of expertise in validating and verifying mechanical and fluid systems requirements and managing supplier development, test, and production activities to optimize integration and achieve program goals.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Design engineering experience
- Experience with environmental control systems/design
- Familiarity with CAD tools
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Skills & Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience
- Connection to production environment
- Lead the development, maintenance, or modification of system components' designs/proposals to provide installation and detail documentation.
- Perform and document analyses.
- Train and coach other team members while working under minimal direction.
- Support proposal preparation and new business development efforts.
- Flexible work schedule with start/end time between 8:00 AM - 4:00/5:00 PM
- Potential for occasional overtime
- Possibility for domestic travel
