The
Land Development Business Unit is seeking Interns
to join our Civil Engineering team for Summer 2027 in the following locations:
Everett, WA,Woodinville,WA, or
Boise, .
The successful intern candidate will support land development projects alongside civil engineers and landscape architects. Responsibilities may include assisting with site design, grading and drainage, utilities, stormwater management, construction documents, engineering calculations, permitting, and project coordination. Interns will gain hands‑on experience through mentorship and real‑world project work while contributing to multidisciplinary project teams.
What You’ll DoKey Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and design of land development projects under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Support the preparation of site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and construction plans.
- Develop and update drawings and exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Perform basic engineering calculations and assist with project documentation, cost estimates, and permitting efforts.
- Collaborate with project teams and review technical information to support project delivery.
- Gain hands‑on experience through mentorship, training, and real‑world engineering projects.
Required Qualifications:
