Starting pay is $24.29 with progression to $27.60 over 4 years.

Vacation: up to 14 days per year
Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly for full-time employees/ 5 hrs monthly for part-time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Respondtocustomerinquiriesandconcernswithtimelyresponsesandaccurateinformationorredirect to a supervisor.
+ Comprehensiveunderstandingofpoliciesandprocedures
+ Meetorexceedestablishedperformancerequirements.
+ Documenttripauthorizationsanddetails,includingtransportationtype,pickuptimes,appointment times, and addresses.
+ Otherdutiesasrequired.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma ,GED,or equivalent.
+ Computer literate
+ Excellentcustomerserviceskills.
+ Abilitytooperate a standardtelephonesystem.
+ Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.

+ Sitforextendedperiods(upto6-8hoursperday);frequentlywalkforlongdistancesandonpossible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
+ Pushandpullobjectsupto
25pounds,occasionallythroughouttheworkday;liftmaterialweighingupto 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
+ Withstandheavytrafficareaswhileperformingthedutiesof thejob;tolerateexposuretoconsiderable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
