We are seeking an experienced, producing Mortgage Loan Officer who wants more than just a desk and a comp plan.

Responsibilities
  • Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed
  • Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team’s leads
  • Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre-approve, and close buyers
  • Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod
  • Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners
  • Deliver a best‑in‑class borrower experience from pre‑approval to closing
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer (required)
  • Verifiable closed loan volume (recent production history required)
  • Active or eligible NMLS license
  • Strong understanding of purchase transactions (not just refi)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful
  • High integrity, strong communication skills, and team‑first mentality

This is not a training role.
