About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Fintech Analyst to serve as a primary One Stream platform expert. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial strategy and corporate systems, managing our One Stream ecosystem across multiple operating companies.
You will play a pivotal part in driving strategic implementations, optimizing multi-entity financial consolidations, and partnering directly with corporate finance to deliver high-impact reporting and analytics. This role also offers the opportunity to help shape how AI is applied across finance systems and within One Stream.
Key Responsibilities- One Stream System Administration:
Serve as a platform administrator for One Stream across diverse operating companies. Maintain metadata, manage workflow profiles, and assist with quarterly audit deliverables. - Strategic Implementations:
Lead and support the design, testing, and deployment of new One Stream solutions, system enhancements, and integrations with underlying ERPs. - Corporate Finance Reporting:
Collaborate closely with corporate finance to design, build, and maintain dynamic reports and cube view extracts. Ensure accurate, timely reporting for monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting. - Data Integration & Quality:
Monitor and maintain data workflows, transformation rules, and integrations to ensure flawless data pipeline integrity from OpCo ERPs to the corporate One Stream environment. - Training & Enablement:
Act as the internal subject matter expert (SME), training finance users across operating companies on best practices, reporting tools, and system functionality.
- Experience: 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience developing, administering, or implementing One Stream Software is required.
- Background: 5+ years of overall experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Systems, Management Consulting, or Fin Tech roles.
- Technical
Skills:- Proficient with One Stream Cube Views, Data Management jobs, and member formulas.
- Strong understanding of multi-currency environments, intercompany eliminations, and complex financial consolidation rules.
- Advanced Excel skills (Quick Views, XFGet formulas) and familiarity with SQL or scripting is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial reporting needs into technical system configurations across multiple business units.
This role reports to Senior Manager – Finance Tech.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range:
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is $114,540 - $191,245.
