VP, Corporate Development — Confidential Search | PE-Backed Digital Infrastructure Platform
What you'll own:- M&A target identification, diligence, and deal execution across the platform’s growth strategy
- JV and strategic partnership structuring
- Direct relationship management with hyperscale and enterprise partners
- Close collaboration with Finance, Legal, and the sponsor’s deal team
- 10-15 years in corporate development and/or investment banking, ideally with exposure to telecom, infrastructure, or digital infrastructure
- Track record structuring and closing complex transactions
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, sponsor-backed environment
