Estimating & Pricing Specialist

• Contract Duration: ~5 Months (Target End Date: Nov 30)
• Shift: First Shift (Approx. 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Pay Rate / Max Bill Rate: $48/hr. on W2

In this role, you will oversee the development of high-value, complex estimates across design, build, support, and program growth stages. You will act as a key business partner—driving business case developments, Return on Investment (ROI) evaluations, risk and opportunity analyses, and strategic program analytics to inform executive decision-making.

• Develop and maintain high-value estimates for complex aerospace/program requirements.
• Perform financial analyses, business case modeling, ROI assessments, and risk/opportunity evaluations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across program management, engineering, and finance teams to validate metrics and assumptions.
• Prepare and confidently present concise data, analytics, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Rapidly adapt to dynamic tools, systems, and estimating models to support program goals.

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience in Estimating, Finance, or Pricing OR
• Master’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience OR
• 10+ years of equivalent related work experience.

• Strong expertise in Estimating, Pricing Models, and Financial Analysis

• Proficiency in Excel, financial analytics tools, and cross-functional project coordination.
• Excellent communication skills—ability to respectfully challenge assumptions and present directly to business leaders.
