Director of Finance

Cocoon House seeks a Director of Finance to lead all accounting, budgeting, and financial strategy for our mission to end youth homelessness in Snohomish County. This role oversees financial planning and analysis, grant and contract reporting, audits, and compliance, ensuring accurate, timely information for leadership and the Board. The Director manages cash flow, payroll, and internal controls; partners with programs on budgets;

supports fundraising with financial data; and mentors a small finance team. This position is ideal for a nonprofit finance leader passionate about social impact, collaboration, and trauma-informed, youth-centered work.
