Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Investor Communications
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other members of the U.S. investment community.
  • Prepare and maintain investor presentations, fact sheets, earnings call scripts, Q&A materials, and other investor-facing communications.
  • Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, analyst briefings, earnings calls, and site visits for regional investors.
Compliance & Disclosure
  • Assist in preparing timely and accurate public disclosures, including material agreements, quarterly and annual reports, ensuring compliance with Nasdaq listing rules and applicable securities laws.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and business teams to identify and assess material events requiring public disclosure, and manage the disclosure approval process, including coordination with counter parties/clients where necessary.
  • Monitor regulatory developments to ensure Investor Relations practices remain compliant across relevant jurisdictions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Marketing, and business units) across the U.S. and Japan, etc. to gather and verify information used in investor reports, earnings releases, and regulatory filings.
  • Provide management with investor and market feedback to help shape the company's external communications strategy and support strategic decision-making.
  • Track and analyze peer disclosures, sell-side research, industry trends, and capital markets developments to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Maintain an accurate shareholder database and investor records; conduct shareholder identification and analysis to support investor targeting.
  • Respond to investor inquiries promptly and professionally, with a high degree of transparency and attention to detail.
Administration & Database Management
  • Maintain and enhance the IR database, content management tools, and the Investor Relations section of the company's website, ensuring all disclosed information is accurate and reflects best practices.
  • Keep due diligence packages, investor questionnaires, and frequently requested materials current and readily available.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, or a related field; an MBA, CFA, or an internationally recognized IR certification (e.g., ICIR) is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, or financial communications.
  • Prior IR experience at a U.S.

    -listed company, particularly a Nasdaq-listed issuer, is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with the disclosure process for material U.S. events, including coordinating disclosure language with clients/counter parties and obtaining their consent, is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, financial models, valuation methodologies, and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines, particularly in preparing regulatory filings and earnings materials.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the ability to build and maintain trust with investors, analysts, internal stakeholders, and clients.
  • Highest standard of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and material non-public information.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple work streams against fast-moving reporting and filing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with investor data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Fact Set) and content management systems is a plus.
