Our AmLaw 100 client is strengthening its Lobbying and Public Policy practice with a senior advisor focused on appropriations. This is a position for someone who understands how funding moves, how committees work and how to guide clients through federal processes with precision.
Role Summary
Advise clients on appropriations, budget issues and federal funding mechanisms.
Support clients in navigating appropriations legislation and competitive grants within a full-service law and policy platform.
Candidate Profile
More than ten years of policy experience.
Direct experience with appropriations or budget legislation.
Capitol Hill experience required, ideally with Senate or House appropriations committees.
Bachelor’s degree required; JD or Master’s preferred.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
