Program Specialist

The City of Everett Housing Authority seeks a Program Specialist to support delivery of affordable housing and resident services. This role coordinates applications, eligibility determinations, recertifications, and waitlists while ensuring compliance with HUD and state regulations. The specialist assists residents, prepares reports, maintains accurate files and databases, and supports inspections and hearings. Working closely with property management, resident services, and external partners, this position helps advance the Authority's mission to provide safe, stable housing and improve quality of life for Everett residents.
