Core ResponsibilitiesYour day will be a blend of clinical excellence and administrative precision. You can expect to spend approximately 25% of your day dedicated to lab operations.
- Clinical Care: Manage rooming, vitals, and "spot checks" at the start of each shift to ensure the clinic is patient-ready.
- Provider Partnership: Work 1-1 with your assigned Provider to streamline daily testing and patient reviews.
- Laboratory Operations: Perform phlebotomy (blood draws), process urine samples/dips, and administer vaccines.
- Medication Management: Full-cycle handling of refills—including pulling medications, printing labels, and certifying with providers before dispensing to patients.
- Care Coordination: Manage referral follow-ups and ensure freezer temperatures are monitored for vaccine integrity.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Certification: Active CMA certification with the WA Department of Health (DOH).

Proven Phlebotomy experience (regular daily draws preferred) and recent EMR experience.
- Experience with Athena EMR is a significant plus.

Hours:
Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM). - Flexibility: Shifts typically start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. We are open to discussing a schedule that works for you.
- Saturdays: We only require one MA to cover Saturdays; this may result in a rotation of just one Saturday per month
. - Patient Volume: Our Everett location sees between 20–35 patients daily.
We provide a structured 4-week training program to ensure your success:
- Week 1: Virtual onboarding and orientation.
- Weeks 2-3: Hands-on shadowing in the clinic.
- Week 4: Full ramp-up into independent patient care.
